Cole Slaw Recipe

 

Soak shredded cabbage overnight in water, vinegar (1/2 of water amount); and drop of oil, approx. 1/2 oz Wesson (or whatever oil you prefer.); pinch of salt, sugar, and black pepper

 

For color add:  chopped green onions, shredded carrots, and bacon bits (optional)
