Chicken Recipe

       

Salt chicken, Coat in flour, dip in egg
(approx 1 egg per chicken), coat in Gonnella bread crumbs
(or bread crumbs of your choosing, seasoned, Italian, etc.)

Fry fully submerged in hot lard @ med/high temp for 20-25 min.
